1) Production is strictly controlled by Quality System.
2) Regular sampling inspection is operated during the production.

3. How is the sealing for the boxes?
Different customers has different requests about the box sealing. We can provide different choices for you.

4. What auxiliary products can be provided?
1) The cups and lids are common supplied.
2) If other auxiliary product is needed, please provide related information, then we would try our best to support.

5. How can I get some samples?
1) Existing samples would be free of charge, express cost would be covered by customers.
2) New sample fee: Refundable when final order quantity meets 2*MOQ.
3) Sample lead time: 3 days for existing one; 7-15 days for new one.
4) Sample shipping: By express DHL/UPS/FEDEX, etc..

6. How can I get a competitive offer?
1) If available, please provide needed specification: Paper material, Cup style, Capacity, what to pack and printing design.
2) If no above specification, sending samples for our reference is also workable.
